How to connect Tallyfy to other apps using private browsing

If you’re experiencing technical issues while connecting Tallyfy to a third-party app, our support team may ask you to use a private browser window to resolve the problem. This is because certain cookies can interfere with the connection process.

To connect using a private browser window, follow these simple instructions:

​​ Using Google Chrome?

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click on the three-dot menu on the top right.
  3. Select “New Incognito Window”.
  4. Log into the app you’re trying to connect in the new incognito window.
  5. Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy.

​​ Using Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11 (Windows)?

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the gear icon.
  2. Select “Safety”, then choose “InPrivate Browsing”.
  3. Log into the app you’re trying to connect in the new InPrivate window.
  4. Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy.

​​ Using Safari?

  1. Click on “File”, then choose “New Private Window”.
  2. Log into the app you’re trying to connect in the new Private window.
  3. Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy.

​​ Using Firefox?

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) on the top right.
  3. Select “New Private Window”.
  4. Log into the app you’re trying to connect in the new Private window.
  5. Proceed to connect the third-party app to Tallyfy.
