Navigating through Tallyfy
Tallyfy is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. Here’s a general guide on how to navigate Tallyfy using the left navigation bar, search bar, and the top bar.
Using the left navigation bar
- CREATE - This section allows you to create new processes, templates, and tasks.
- HOME - This is your dashboard where you can view all your processes, templates, and tasks.
- TASKS - This section displays all the tasks you are assigned to, aswell as any one-off tasks you decide to create and allows you to manage them. Learn about tasks here
- TRACKER - This section will display every process that’s currently running in your organization or those that you have access to. You can track the progress of each process and manage them. Learn about tracking processes here
- TEMPLATES - This section displays a library of all the templates in your organization and allows you to read or manage them. Learn about templates here
- PEOPLE - This section displays all the members of your organization and allows you to manage them.
- INVITE - This section allows you to invite new members to your organization.
- GUIDE - This section provides you with access to our product documentation.
- SUPPORT - This icon allows you to submit a ticket to the technical and product team for us to respond to any question or issue you have.
- SETTINGS - This section allows you to manage your organization’s settings, billing, and other configurations for your organization or your profile.
Using the search bar
The search bar is located at the top of the screen. You can use it to search for processes, templates, tasks, or members within your organization. Simply type in the keyword you’re looking for, and Tallyfy will display the relevant results.
Any result you get from it, will be separated by Templates, Processes, Tasks, and Snippets. This way, you can easily find what you’re looking for.
You can even copy the results of your search and share it with your team members or use it for your reference by clicking on the clipboard icon at the end of the input field:
Additional features in the top bar
There are a few more features in the top bar that you can use to navigate Tallyfy:
Change language
Tallyfy gives you the option to translate both the content of the Tallyfy platform itself, and the content of your processes and tasks. by clicking on the globe icon in the top bar. This will open a dropdown menu where you can select the language you prefer.
Notifications
The bell icon in the top bar will show you any notifications you have received. This includes task assignments, comments, and any other updates related to your processes and tasks.
